The role of the Service Delivery Manager is to ensure service levels, targets, support activities, projects and service improvement initiatives are delivered and maintained to our customers and business expectation.
Working with a defined number of customers the Service Delivery Manager will focus on the joint continuous improvement journey and will be responsible for the management and ownership of our IT service management processes and ecosystem. This strategic and highly customer facing role requires proven people, process and technology service management skill in order to deliver business aligned and fit for purpose IT Services.

Working as an integral part of the Service Delivery team, you will provide high quality first and second line technical support to end users and IT teams, enabling us to meet our contractual managed support services, installation, configuration and delivery objectives.
The ultimate aim of the role is to resolve system and user issues in the most appropriate manner whilst maintaining a friendly, approachable and professional appearance, thus ensuring the IT Service Delivery team have an excellent reputation. Nothing should be too much effort.
