IT Management Platform

The tools we use to deliver the Co-Managed service are extended to our customers so they can benefit from the best of breed service management platform, seamlessly interacting with both internal staff and external providers to manage the IT infrastructure and services. These tools include: Helpdesk, Remote Endpoint and Server Management, Asset Management / Reporting, Documentation and Network Infrastructure mapping / management.
